About this care
BSO Talud is located in a detached, monumental building from 1906 on Badhuislaan in Hilversum. We provide after-school care for up to 132 children aged 4 to 12 years. Our unique building offers plenty of space for children to express their creativity. We have a spacious kitchen where children can cook and bake, and an atelier where they can engage in various creative activities.
As part of Bink Kinderopvang, we stand for quality childcare with each child's development at the center. We provide a safe and stimulating environment where children can relax, play, and discover new things after school. Our location has been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since January 1, 2010 under number 146735754.

Summary
This inspection report concerns an investigation for registration of the after-school care (BSO) Talud in Hilversum, in connection with an intended change of ownership. The current owner Bink Kinderopvang B.V. will merge with Stichting Bink as of 1 July 2026. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) has conducted document-based research into change procedures, the personnel register and complaint handling. All assessed aspects comply with statutory requirements. The owner reported the change in a timely manner, all staff are correctly registered in the personnel register, and the owner is affiliated with the disputes committee. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The GGD issues a positive recommendation for implementing the change of ownership in the National Childcare Register.
