't Stalletje

Welcome to daycare 't Stalletje, located at the edge of the beautiful village of Zeijen at Esstraat 9. We are a small-scale, green childcare centre that has been providing professional daycare for children aged 0 to 4 since June 2015. Our location is open 48 weeks per year, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. At 't Stalletje we work with a vertical group of up to 16 children per day, ensuring plenty of personal attention for each child. Our location is registered in the National Childcare Register and is run by VOF Kinderopvang 't Stalletje – Karolina Bomhof. Since 2023 we are proud holders of the Green Childcare quality mark from Stichting Groen Cement. Our daycare is situated at the edge of Zeijen, directly adjacent to a beautiful nature reserve. We have a spacious natural garden, a vegetable garden, and an animal paddock with chickens, goats, and pigs. Inside we have two quiet sleeping rooms, a separate changing area, and child-sized toilets. The building is well-insulated with triple glazing and solar panels. Every day children receive fresh fruit, homemade vegetable soup, and healthy meals. We play outside daily, even in bad weather, and believe it is important for children to experience nature through all their senses.
