About this care
Peuterspeelzaal ’t Pruugeltie is a small-scale toddler care facility operated by Kinderopvang KaKa, located at Haarsmastraat 2 in the heart of Wapse. We provide care for up to 8 children aged 2 to 4 years. Our playgroup is officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 241731057 since September 1, 2017.
We work with horizontal age grouping, where children of similar ages play and learn together. Care is provided on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, focusing on the development of young children in a safe and familiar environment. As part of Kinderopvang KaKa, we share the vision of customer-oriented and flexible childcare, where every child receives the attention they deserve.
Our location is set up on a small scale, allowing us to personally know all children and cater to their individual needs. We believe it's important that children can develop at their own pace in an environment that invites play and discovery. Summary
GGD Drenthe conducted an unannounced follow-up inspection on 18 September 2026 at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) 't Pruugeltie in Wapse, part of Kinderopvang KaKa B.V. This inspection followed a formal direction decision by the municipality of Westerveld after an annual inspection on 5 June 2026 during which not all requirements were met. The location provides care for a maximum of 8 children aged 0 to 4 years on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Central to the inspection was the verification of the Certificate of Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag/VOG) and registration in the Childcare Personnel Register (Personenregister Kinderopvang) of a permanent kindergarten teacher from the primary school with whom joint activities are organised. This person lacked the required VOG with function aspects 84 and 86 and was not linked to the provider. Prior to the follow-up inspection, this was resolved: the teacher has been linked and now holds the correct VOG. The provider has planned structural measures, including discussion at the regional consultation meeting of 6 October 2026. The GGD advises no enforcement action.
