This inspection report concerns a registration investigation for childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) provided by Sykes Muller in Zwolle. The care takes place in the home of the requesting parents at Wayerkamp 36. The childminder intends to commence operations on 1 October 2026, providing care for a maximum of 6 children aged 3.5, 8 and 10 years, on Mondays and Tuesdays. All examined domains — general conditions, pedagogical climate, expertise and qualifications, premises, and safety and health — meet the statutory requirements. The pedagogical practice could not yet be assessed as childcare had not yet commenced; this will follow during a subsequent inspection. Two minor safety points were discussed: a missing fall protection on a bedroom window (to be addressed by the requesting parents) and uncovered electrical sockets in bedrooms (not required given the ages of the children, agreed upon with parents). No violations or areas for improvement were identified.
