GGD Haaglanden conducted an unannounced follow-up investigation on 15 July 2026 at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Bosuiltjes, operated by Stichting Het Uilenest in Delft. This investigation was carried out at the municipality's request following previous violations. The location provides care for a maximum of 16 children aged 2 to 4 years. During earlier inspections on 6 January and 16 April 2026, one staff member was found not to meet the IKK language requirement. In this follow-up investigation, it was established that all staff members now hold the correct qualifications and the required language proficiency level. The previous violation has been resolved. The GGD advises against enforcement action.
