Summary
The annual unannounced inspection of daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) KC Zonnebloem in Liessel, part of Spring Kinderopvang, took place on 23 February 2026. The inspection assessed the pedagogical climate, staff and groups, and parental rights. Three items initially failed to meet the quality requirements, for which a recovery offer was made. Following recovery, the location now meets all requirements. The pedagogical climate and pedagogical practice are sound, with good application of the Riksen-Walraven basic objectives. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement action.
