Strengths

Summary

The annual unannounced inspection by GGD Brabant-Zuidoost on 25 August 2026 shows that after-school care (BSO) HUP Sport in Mierlo meets all assessed quality requirements under the Childcare Act. The inspection included document review, a site visit, and interviews with staff members. All three examined chapters – pedagogical climate, staff and groups, and accommodation – were assessed positively. The BSO, part of Spring Kinderopvang, offers places for up to 30 children aged 4 to 13 years and makes use of the facilities at HUP sports complex. Children can participate in various sports activities and free play. The location works together with two primary schools and collects children by minibuses and taxis.
