Summary

The Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted an inspection on 9 April 2026 at BSO Sportstuif Sevenum, a new after-school care (BSO) for 40 children (ages 4–13) in the clubhouse of football club Sparta '18. This was a registration inspection ('Strict at the Gate'). All assessed conditions have been met. The location has sufficient indoor space (175.35 m²) and outdoor space (main pitch, small-sided pitch, training pitches). The pedagogical policy, safety policy, complaints procedure, and child abuse reporting code are well established. The operator is affiliated with a recognized disputes committee. Several aspects could not yet be assessed because the location is not yet operational (planned start: 24 August 2026), including staff qualification and language requirements, practical implementation in accordance with policy, and active promotion of knowledge regarding the reporting code. These will be assessed during the post-registration inspection within three months of opening.
