The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspection report dated 5 February 2026 concerns an unannounced investigation following registration of Sportstuif Kinderopvang B.V. in Reusel, an after-school care (BSO) facility for up to 50 children aged 4 to 13 years. The location, based at football club Reusel Sport, commenced operations in December 2025. The GGD concludes that the childcare generally meets statutory quality requirements. The pedagogical climate is positive: children are supported in their development through active guidance and personal attention. Staff, premises and safety policy are also in order. Two violations were identified, both subject to a recovery offer (herstelaanbod). A staff member proved insufficiently familiar with the duty to consult and report suspected abuse by the holder. Current versions of the pedagogical and safety policies were also missing from the website, meaning parents were not properly informed. Both violations have since been resolved. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement action.
