Sportstuif Eindhoven Slingertouw (BSO) is an after-school care facility (BSO) located in primary school Slingertouw in Eindhoven, with places for up to 39 children aged 4 to 13. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted an unannounced inspection of the location on 29 October 2025. The pedagogical practice, personnel matters, accommodation, and reporting procedures immediately met the statutory requirements. The staff members demonstrated sensitivity and respect in their interactions with children. Three violations were identified and resolved through a recovery offer: the pedagogical work plan incorrectly described the cross-location care (children went to Startbaan, not DBS), the action plan lacked concrete measures against the risk of children going missing, and parents received incorrect information about school-free days. All violations were corrected in December 2025. The GGD advises no enforcement action.
