Summary
Sport BSO Zielhorst, an after-school care (BSO) in Amersfoort with 42 places for children aged 4 to 13, does not meet legal requirements. During an unannounced follow-up inspection on 8 September 2026, the provider once again refused to cooperate with the investigation. The provider failed to submit a current pedagogical policy plan for its own location, instead sending the plan from a different location (Sport BSO Hoogland). As a result, the inspector could not assess whether the pedagogical policy meets requirements. This is recurrence: the same shortcoming was previously identified in 2026 at this location and another location operated by the same provider. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises enforcement.
