Summary
This inspection report concerns an unannounced investigation following registration of Sport-BSO Flekss - Zundert, an after-school care (BSO) facility for up to 27 children aged 4 to 13. The location meets the statutory requirements in most areas. One violation was identified in the area of safety and health: a staff member wore nail polish without gloves during high-risk procedures, and the wash basin was outdated and soiled. The provider made use of the recovery offer and resolved the shortcomings within the set deadline (before 3 April 2026). The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality not to enforce due to the successful recovery.
