The Municipal Health Service (GGD) Hart voor Brabant conducted a limited inspection after registration on 9 July 2026 at Sport-BSO Flekss - Vlijm en, an after-school care (BSO) for 33 children (ages 4-13) in Vlijmen. The inspection was unannounced, but due to the summer holiday, the location was not in operation. No children or staff members were present during the visit. Only the component 'changes' could be assessed. The provider meets this quality requirement. A more extensive inspection with pedagogical practice observation will follow later in the year when the care is operational again.
