Sport BSO De Thuisclub Wageningen WAVV is a new after-school care (BSO) location operated by provider MeesterZaunbrecher BV, situated at Sportpark Van Ketwich Verschuur at football club WAVV. The location opened on 27 October 2025 and accommodates up to 50 children per day in base groups of 10-12 children. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspection of 3 November 2025 presents a wholly positive picture: in all examined areas – pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, accommodation, parental rights, and general terms and conditions – the provider meets the statutory requirements. No points for improvement or violations were identified. The pedagogical practice scores well on all four basic objectives: emotional safety, personal competencies, social competencies, and transmission of values and norms. Staff are well-trained and registered, the child-staff ratio is in order, and a functioning safety and health policy is in place. The municipality is advised not to take enforcement measures.
