SOL de Bron location Bekestein provides after-school care (BSO) for children aged 4 to 13 in a warm and secure environment at Bekestein 50 in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht. We are part of SOL Ambacht, an organisation that has been combining high-quality childcare and education for over 25 years under the motto ‘Every talent counts’. Our BSO is designed to give children a pleasant, stimulating and relaxed time after school. We follow a clear pedagogical vision in which atmosphere and well-being are central. We offer a familiar place where children feel safe and seen. Our pedagogical staff use methods such as Kwink! and ‘Voel je Sterk’ to support the social-emotional well-being of each child. Activities are a key part of our programme. We regularly organise creative projects such as musicals and cultural outings. We also make use of the unique theatre at location Admiraal, where children can take part in performances and presentations. In addition, we offer sports activities, arts and crafts afternoons and seasonal celebrations such as the End-of-Year Festival on our own playground. We work closely with local primary schools and provide care before and after school, during study days and school holidays. Our Bekestein location has a spacious garden where children can play and explore. We believe it is important that children feel at home with us and look back on their time at SOL de Bron with pleasure.
