Summary
This inspection report concerns an unannounced investigation following registration at BSO Sheppard's House in Almere. The location was found not to be operational on 17 August 2026, more than four months after registration on 15 April 2026. The operator was unable to provide a start date for the care. Additionally, two violations were identified: changes were not reported to the municipality in a timely manner, and no written agreement with parents had been established. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises enforcement and removal from the national childcare register on the basis of Article 8(6) of the Childcare Act.
