Summary

This inspection report concerns a registration investigation of the childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) of Ms. Setz at de Savornin Lohmanstraat 14 in Hardinxveld-Giessendam. The care is mediated by childminder agency Kinderoase and takes place at the requesting parent's home address. The inspection took place on 8 June 2026. The conclusion is that the provision is expected to reasonably meet the quality requirements of the Childcare Act. Several points for attention were identified: during the visit, the host parent did not know what steps to take when suspecting domestic violence or child abuse, nor how to contact the confidential inspector or when to file a report. She looked up and documented this information during the inspection visit. There are no violations or recovery offers. The advice to the municipality is to include the provision in the National Childcare Register.
