Sam&billy is an after-school care facility (BSO) located in Het Fetlaer and Spijkvoorder Enk at Theda Mansholtstraat 1 in Deventer. GGD IJsselland conducted an unannounced incidental inspection at after-school care (BSO) Sam &billy in Deventer on 16 July 2026. The inspection focused on an application to expand the number of childcare places from 140 to 164. The inspection assessed the aspects of changes, group stability and accommodation. All assessed components meet the legal requirements. The indoor play space of 665.58 m² and the outdoor play space are sufficient for the requested number of children. After expansion, the BSO will operate with 7 base groups, with all groups remaining within the maximum group size of 30 children. The GGD advises the municipality of Deventer to grant the change request.
