Summary

This inspection report concerns a registration investigation for childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) provided by Sadaquat Ali in Den Haag, conducted by GGD Haaglanden. The childminder wishes to start providing care for 6 children at her home on Soestdijksekade.
