Summary

This is the inspection report for the childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) of Judith Roesink at Aldenhof 6438 in Nijmegen. The unannounced annual inspection took place on 16 April 2026. The childminder has been registered since September 2025 and provides daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years, brokered by Gastouderbureau ViaViela Sanne Frissen. The inspection included document review, a site visit, and an interview with the childminder. Three children were present during the visit. The general conclusion is that the childminder and the facility meet all legal requirements. One safety risk was discussed: low-hanging cords on window coverings in bedrooms, which the childminder confirmed by telephone have been hung out of reach of children. No violations were identified and no recovery offer was issued.
