This inspection report concerns a registration investigation for PUUR Kinderopvang Alphen KDV, a new daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) location operated by Zo Kinderopvang in a scouting building in Alphen (municipality of Alphen-Chaam). The location will provide care for a maximum of 16 children aged 2 to 4 years in one core group, including early childhood education. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) has assessed all investigated quality requirements and concludes that the operation can reasonably take place in accordance with the Childcare Act. All components (general terms and conditions, pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, accommodation and parental rights) meet the statutory requirements. The location is expected to open on 20 October 2025.
