About this care
PSG De Waaier is a daycare center located at Dr. de Visserstraat 4 in Zutphen. We are part of Stichting Archipel Onderwijs en Kinderopvang, an organization dedicated to the development of children aged 0 to 4 years. Our location provides care for up to 16 children.

Summary
PSG De Waaier is a toddler playgroup (peuterspeelzaal) with early childhood education (voorschoolse educatie/VE) within Kindcentrum De Waaier in Zutphen. The location accommodates 16 children divided into two groups of maximum 8 children. During the annual inspection on 11 November 2025, it was found that the location meets all tested legal requirements. The pedagogical climate is experienced positively: there is a relaxed atmosphere, children are actively involved in activities, and work is carried out according to a clear pedagogical policy. The early childhood education is well organized using the Startblokken and Logo 3000 methods, through which children from 2.5 years can receive 960 hours of VE. All staff hold the correct diplomas, certificates, and language proficiency level 3F. In the area of safety and health, everything is also in order: the domestic violence reporting code is present and known to staff. No violations or areas for improvement were identified.
