Settling in
About a month before childcare begins, the location will contact you to schedule a settling-in appointment and an intake interview. During the intake interview, we discuss topics such as our vision on upbringing, your wishes for childcare, and your child's specific habits. The conversation is combined with a visit to the group your child will be placed in, so you can meet the group leaders.
Absence policy
For cancellations, a notice period of 24 hours in advance applies to retain service hours. Unfortunately, no service hours can be granted in case of illness or same-day cancellation. Structural changes to fixed childcare days must be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
Sick child policy
In case of a child's illness, the same cancellation rules apply as for other absences. Unfortunately, we cannot grant service hours for same-day illness, as the staffing schedule can no longer be adjusted at that point.
Payment
Billing takes place monthly via direct debit around the first day of the month. Contractual childcare hours are invoiced in advance, additional days used are billed afterwards. If automatic direct debit has not been selected, you will receive a Tikkie payment link.

Summary
This inspection report concerns an unannounced investigation following registration for PSG De Flint, a toddler playgroup (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) in Nietap with places for 8 children aged 2-4 years. The location, part of Kidscasa, started in March 2026 in a new multifunctional accommodation. The inspection was carried out by GGD Drenthe (Municipal Health Service) on behalf of the municipality of Noordenveld.
