The location provides pre-school education to a maximum of 15 children aged 2–4 years in one fixed group. There is a coherent pedagogical policy, qualified staff, sufficient space (55 m² indoor, 362 m² outdoor), and a safe, stimulating learning environment. During the inspection, it emerged that the National Childcare Register (LRK) still listed 16 places, whilst the indoor space is only suitable for 15 children. The provider was given a recovery offer and submitted a change request within one week; on 1 October 2025, the number of places in the LRK was corrected to 15. With this, all assessed statutory requirements have been met. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality not to take enforcement action.
