Welcome to Prokino Zuiderbreedte BSO, located inside the De Zuiderbreedte community school at Boekenberghstraat 12 in Hoogeveen. Our team provides professional after-school care for up to 30 children aged 4 to 13. Because many of the children attend this school, they experience our setting as familiar and safe. We are part of Stichting Prokino, an organisation that has been offering warm and professional childcare in Hoogeveen and the surrounding area for more than 20 years. Our pedagogical policy focuses on giving children an emotionally secure base from which they can develop self-confidence and independence. All our pedagogical staff are well-trained, understand children’s developmental stages and tailor their guidance accordingly. After school we use the specially developed DOEN! activity programme. Themes such as nature, technology, sport and creativity are explored in playful group activities. There is also plenty of time for free play and relaxation, homework support and outdoor play. We are open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., giving parents flexible access to our care.
