Summary
POS Parkschool in Coevorden, a daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) for a maximum of 16 children aged 2–4, was inspected on 19 August 2026 by GGD Drenthe (Municipal Health Service). The location meets all assessed quality requirements in the areas of pedagogical climate, staffing and groups, safety and health, and parental rights. One point of attention was identified: the structural cooperation with teachers from the lower grades of OBS Parkschool requires that these teachers hold a Certificate of Good Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag/VOG). Two of the three VOG applications could be demonstrated; the third teacher was temporarily absent. The holder has made arrangements to collect all required VOGs at the end of each school year, so that at the start of the new school year cooperation is only with teachers holding a valid VOG. This is regarded as sustainable recovery. No violations were found that justify enforcement action.
