About this care
Childcare centre De Eik in Nieuwstadt welcomes children from 6 weeks to 4 years old, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The location is part of Kindcentrum De Eik, a modern building with light colours, large windows and a warm, open atmosphere. Located on the edge of Nieuwstadt, surrounded by sports facilities and a large natural area, this is an ideal place for children to play, learn and discover.
Through cross-group activities we encourage children to explore new experiences at their own pace. Physical activity is central: we use our indoor gymnasium daily and the enclosed outdoor play area. We also go out with the 'Kiddybus', a large walker-wagon to explore nature together. The centre has 2 vertical groups for children aged 0 to 4.
