About this care
Daycare Pino has been a familiar presence in Diemen Zuid since 1982. We provide warm and homely childcare for children from 10 weeks to 4 years old. Our location is situated next to a primary school, where our toddlers are welcome to use the gym every week. This helps them get used to the school environment in a playful way.
Our professional childcare staff are ready every day to guide the children in their development. We work with separate baby and toddler groups, allowing us to respond well to the specific needs of each child at every stage of development. Small-scale care and a stable team are central to our approach.
Outside, there is a playground where children can explore and play to their heart’s content. Inside, there is a reading corner and space for rest and sleep. Summary
Daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Pino in Diemen was inspected unannounced on 30 September 2025. The daycare center provides care for a maximum of 40 children in 3 fixed groups (stamgroepen): 1 baby group (0-1.5 years) and 2 toddler groups (1.5-4 years). The team consists of 10 permanent childcare professionals, supplemented with substitute and temporary staff. All employees hold a Certificate of Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag/VOG) and an appropriate qualification. A pedagogical policy (pedagogisch beleid) has been established and each childcare professional receives annual coaching. The location operates a mentor system: every child has an assigned mentor who monitors their development and discusses it with parents annually. During the inspection visit, all statutory quality requirements were met regarding pedagogical climate, staffing, and group stability. No violations were identified. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality to take note of this report.

Super disappointing. Very bland taste with very little toppings. If there was any tomato sauce on the pizza, I sure couldn’t taste it. Hope this helps...
