Welcome to Peuterspelen De Vuurvogel, part of TintelTuin/PeuterTuin. Our daycare center is beautifully located at Eemmeer 15B in Zaandam, where we lovingly care for 16 children aged 0 to 4 years. At our center, everything revolves around creating a warm, safe environment where children can fully develop. We work with a VVE program (Pre- and Early School Education), through which we prepare children for primary school in a playful way. Our activities are specially designed to spark imagination and stimulate development. Think of themes like 'Welcome', where toddlers are challenged with fun activities. Before the summer vacation, for example, all our toddlers received an empty suitcase to fill with treasures they collected during the holidays - feathers, shells, photos and beautiful stones. Back at daycare, all children could tell their story about these wonderful finds. Our wonderful team of pedagogical staff understands that each child is unique. We provide structure and give space for imagination and independence. Most importantly, we give children the feeling that they are allowed to be there, each in their own way. We love to play outside in our green garden when weather permits, as outdoor play is just as important to us as indoor activities. We have a general pedagogical policy that has been specifically developed for our location, with the development of each child at the center. Parents appreciate our familiar atmosphere and the fact that our pedagogical staff always have time for a chat.
