Peuterspeelzaal de Tjalk in Lelystad, part of Stichting GO! Kinderopvang, was inspected unannounced by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) on 28 October 2025. This is a daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) for 16 toddlers (ages 2–4) offering early childhood education. The location scores well on pedagogical climate, staff and groups. One violation was identified: the required adjacent outdoor space is not yet ready, although this had been planned for the relocation in August 2025. The location received a recovery offer and immediately created a temporary action plan: using a fenced football pitch within walking distance, with vests and an evacuation cord. The outdoor space is expected to be completed by end of November 2025. The GGD advises no enforcement action due to the temporary nature of the situation and the measures taken.
