About this care
Welcome to Peuterschool de Sammeltjes, located at Seringenlaan 17 in Hippolytushoef. We opened in June 2016 and provide a safe and stimulating environment for children aged 2 to 4 years. Each session we welcome up to 16 children, guided by two permanent staff members and one volunteer.
Our goal is to let toddlers get used to a new environment through play and learn to be part of a group. During each three-hour session we offer optimal developmental stimulation. We believe it is important that children feel safe and secure, and that every child has the opportunity to develop at their own pace. Fun, feeling at home, and children who enjoy being with us are central.
We use the Uk & Puk activity programme, specially developed for toddlers. Puk is our puppet and the children's playmate. Through recognisable themes close to your child's world of experience, we stimulate development by playing and discovering together. We value communication with parents; at drop-off and pick-up moments there is always time for a chat or we schedule an appointment. In this way we ensure a continuous line to primary school.Read more

Peuterschool de Sammeltjes in Hippolytushoef, a daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) for 16 toddlers (ages 2–4) with early childhood education, was inspected on 15 June 2026.
