About this care
Peuteropvang De Open Kring is located at Dennenlaan 31 in Nijkerk and is part of the KOALAH foundation. We provide Christian toddler care for up to 16 children aged 2 to 4 years. Our qualified staff offer a warm and structured programme each day, using the recognised Early Childhood Education programme Uk & Puk. This programme stimulates your toddler’s language and speech development and gently prepares them for primary school through play.
We operate horizontal groups, so all children are in the same developmental stage and play and learn together. The centre is open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8:30 to 11:45. During these mornings the children have space to explore, play and grow in a safe, Christian environment.

Toddler care De Open Kring in Nijkerk, part of Stichting KOALAH, was inspected by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) on 23 February 2026. The location provides care for 16 toddlers aged 2 to 4 years, three days per week. The inspection concerned an unannounced annual investigation of pedagogical climate, staff and groups, and accommodation. All components meet the statutory requirements. The location works with the Kameleon preschool education method and the Reggio Emilia pedagogical approach. No violations or areas for improvement were identified.
