KDV Villa Eigen-Wijs is our daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) in Schoonhoven Noord. You'll find this daycare center at Marconiplein 1, just like our after-school care (BSO). A cozy and spacious building with plenty of play opportunities, both indoors and on the pleasant square outside. When the weather is nice, we love to take the children outside where they can play under supervision. We take time for each child with personal attention, a cuddle or a little joke. One violation was identified regarding staff and groups: a staff member and a trainee were not promptly linked to the provider in the Childcare Personnel Register at the start of their employment. The supervisory authority issued a recovery offer, after which both individuals were subsequently linked. The advice to the municipality of Krimpenerwaard is: no enforcement action.
