This follow-up investigation at Peutergroep Willens in Gouda, conducted on 6 January 2026, demonstrates that the location has resolved previously identified shortcomings. The investigation focused on two quality requirements: early childhood education (training plan) and deployment of pedagogical policy staff. During the annual inspection visit on 17 February 2025, shortcomings were identified, after which the municipality of Gouda issued a formal notice on 21 October 2025. The operator subsequently submitted an amended training plan for 2025 and a new plan for 2026, as well as an overview of the calculation for deployment of pedagogical policy staff and coaching. Both plans now meet the required conditions. The location complies with all assessed quality requirements.
