The toddler group Haasje Over in Nijmegen, part of KION Kinderopvang B.V., was inspected on 8 December 2025. The location provides early childhood education (voorschoolse educatie/VE) to 16 toddlers aged 2-4 years, four mornings per week. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) concludes that the provider meets all examined quality requirements. The pedagogical practice is good: staff know the children personally, offer emotional security, and work with the VE programme Uk and Puk. All VE requirements have been met, including qualified staff and language proficiency level 3F. Safety and health policy and reporting code are in order. No violations were identified. Historically, there were shortcomings regarding VE qualifications in 2023 and 2024, but these have since been resolved. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement.
