Peuteropvang El Warda in Utrecht, part of Stichting Kind & Co Ludens, was inspected on 7 September 2026 during an unannounced annual investigation. The location offers 16 toddler places and early childhood education (voorschoolse educatie/VE) through the Uk & Puk programme. The inspection assessed the domains of Pedagogical Climate and Staff and Groups. The pedagogical practice was rated as adequate: staff work sensitively and responsively, provide structure, stimulate development through play, and guide children in social interactions. There were 10 children, 2 staff members, and 1 SOS student (above ratio) present. All assessed requirements regarding VE, staff qualifications, staff-child ratio, and Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) registration were complied with.
