About this care
Peutercentrum Het Kabouterbos is a small-scale playgroup located at De Verbeelding 27 in Zeewolde-Zuid. We provide care for a maximum of 16 children from the age of 2. Our facility is housed in the same building as primary school De Wetering, ensuring a smooth and familiar transition to primary education later on. We collaborate closely with the school and organize an annual picnic for all parents and children. Peutercentrum Het Kabouterbos in Zeewolde, part of GO! Kinderopvang, was visited unannounced on 16 June 2026 for the annual inspection. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) Flevoland concludes that the location meets all assessed requirements. The daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) provides care for a maximum of 16 toddlers aged 2-4 years in half-day sessions, with early childhood education (VVE) through the Startblokken method. The staff are praised for their professional attitude, empathy and ability to create play and learning moments. No shortcomings, areas for improvement or violations were identified during this inspection. It is noted in the inspection history that during the annual inspection in 2025, a recovery offer was made for the risk inventory and the VVE training plan; these have since been resolved. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement.
