Welcome to Partou daycare center Sportlaan 2A in Zwolle. We provide small-scale childcare in a homely atmosphere, located in a multifunctional building in the Stadshagen district. Our location accommodates 44 children aged 0 to 4 years and features a large kitchen-living room where children eat and play together. The spacious garden with natural materials like sand, a water feature, hills, and tree trunks offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor discovery. In our vegetable garden, children grow fruit and sow vegetables themselves. Our pedagogical staff work according to the Partou Pedagogiek, in which we give children the space to discover the world at their own pace. We work with base groups in a mix of horizontal and vertical age groupings, providing peace and recognition. Our groups are: Vlindertuin (0-2 years), Bijentuin (0-4 years), and Bloementuin (2-4 years). For the youngest children, we have a separate baby group (Vlindertuin) where rest, regularity, and attention are central. We provide bottle feeding according to the home rhythm and change diapers when needed. Toddlers and preschoolers have their own groups where they can play with peers and work on their development through play. We offer a healthy lunch and snacks daily, based on the guidelines of the Nutrition Center, taking into account any allergies or dietary requirements. Parents are welcome and involved with us. We use the Partou parent app through which you receive photos and messages about your child's day. We also regularly organize parent evenings and workshops on parenting and development. Our parent committee helps think about policy and the content of our childcare. We work together with primary schools in the area to ensure a smooth transition to primary education. The pedagogical staff fill in transfer forms and discuss with parents how information about the child's development is transferred to the new teacher. Our opening hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
