About this care
Welcome to Partou Daycare Kroonplein 76, located in the heart of Lemelerveld. Our daycare is housed in the Kultuurhus, creating a unique environment where children aged 0 to 4 feel safe and at home. We take pride in our discovery and experience garden, where children can garden in the vegetable patch, play hide and seek, or simply enjoy some quiet time. Together with the children, we make music, do crafts, and engage in plenty of physical activity. We believe it's important for children to explore the world around them and learn through play. That's why we participate in the library's Bookstart program, giving extra attention to language and reading aloud. Our pedagogical staff closely follow each child's development and tailor activities to their needs. We work with fixed core groups, but also provide opportunities for open-door play, allowing children to discover other spaces and peers. Healthy eating and drinking are important to us. We serve fresh meals daily and healthy snacks, taking into account any allergies or dietary requirements. Together, we make it as easy as possible for your child. GGD IJsselland conducted an unannounced incidental inspection at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Partou KDV Kroonplein 76 in Lemelerveld on 6 November 2025. The purpose was to assess whether the location may offer preschool education (VE). Both assessed domains — 'General quality conditions and compliance' and 'Pedagogical climate' — fully comply with the Childcare Act (Wet kinderopvang). The pedagogical policy plan and work plan concretely describe the preschool education (VE) vision, developmental stimulation, parental involvement, room layout, transition to primary school, and securing 960 hours of preschool education (VE) within 1.5 years for toddlers from 2.5 years. The 'Uk en Puk' programme is used. Staff members hold a valid preschool education (VE) certificate and at least language/reading proficiency level 3F; their expertise is refreshed annually through a training plan. A preschool education (VE) pedagogical policy officer is deployed for coaching and policy implementation. No shortcomings were identified over the past two years. GGD IJsselland advises the municipality of Dalfsen to grant the amendment request for inclusion of preschool education (VE) in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang).
