About this care
Welcome to Partou BSO Weltevreden 1, located at Weltevreden 1 in De Bilt. Our after-school care is uniquely situated in the clubhouse of local football club FC De Bilt, giving children access to the sports field and outdoor facilities every day. We provide care for 61 children aged 4 to 12 years.
Sports and play are at the heart of our program. After school, children can run, play football, enjoy ball games or simply have fun on the field. We also organize regular trips to the petting zoo or local park, allowing children to connect with nature and animals. Our qualified staff guide the children with enthusiasm, creating a safe and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

Summary
Partou BSO Weltevreden 1 in De Bilt provides after-school care (BSO) for up to 61 children aged 4-12 in the clubhouse of FC De Bilt. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted an unannounced follow-up inspection on 13 May 2025. The location now meets all assessed quality requirements: all staff and board members are correctly registered in the Childcare Personnel Register and hold a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). There are no longer any individuals present during childcare hours without a VOG; one volunteer is awaiting formal registration in the system and is temporarily not present. The organisation has tightened its health and safety policy and, together with the football club, made agreements to minimise the number of unregistered individuals on site. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The municipality of De Bilt was advised not to take enforcement action.
