The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspected the after-school care (BSO) Partou BSO KC De Hobbit in Rosmalen on 2 October 2025. The location provides care for 59 children aged 4 to 9 years in two base groups, housed in a primary school. Overall, the care facility meets the quality requirements well. The pedagogical climate, safety and health, accommodation and parent rights scored positively. One violation was identified: not all children had an assigned mentor for following their development. The provider made use of the recovery offer and has since resolved this by assigning all children a mentor. The GGD advises no enforcement action.
