Summary

KDV Hagen in Doetinchem, part of Stichting Spelenderwijs IJsselgraaf, was inspected on 12 February 2026 by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Noord- en Oost-Gelderland. The unannounced annual inspection showed that the location meets all assessed quality requirements in the areas of pedagogical climate, staff and groups, and accommodation. The pre-school education is carried out according to the Startblokken method. However, during the visit it was found that 16 children were present, while the location is registered for 14 childcare places. The location manager was alerted to this; the schedules of surrounding weeks showed no structural exceedance. The provider stated in their response that the pedagogical professionals have been made aware of this.
