GGD West-Brabant conducted a registration inspection on 29 January 2026 at Open-Up!|Fun-Kidz, a new after-school care (BSO) location in Breda. The location, part of Open-Up! Fun-Kidz B.V., provides care for up to 28 children aged 4 to 13 years in the group room 'Arena' (98 m²) within the indoor play centre FunZone. For outdoor play, sports fields at a nearby Rugby location are used. The operator intended to start on 1 March 2026. All assessed quality requirements have been met: registration, pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, accommodation and parental rights. The pedagogical work plan is a good initial start, although the maximum size of the base group still needs to be described. No violations were identified and no recovery offer was made.
