KDV Odendael is located in the modern Odendael care centre, right in the heart of Sint-Oedenrode. The facility accommodates 12 children aged 0 to 4 years. We provide a safe and familiar environment where children have all the space they need to play, discover and grow.
Our spacious indoor play area is cosily furnished and fully tailored to the experience of young children. The enclosed outdoor play area offers plenty of opportunities for nature and outdoor activities. A special feature of KDV Odendael is the collaboration with the elderly in the care centre. Joint gymnastics, circle activities and shared play moments create valuable encounters between young and old.

The annual inspection on 6 January 2026 at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Odendael in Sint-Oedenrode, part of De Verbinding B.V., shows a positive picture. The location meets all assessed quality requirements in the areas of pedagogical climate, staff and groups, and safety and health. The pedagogical practice aligns well with the policy, with thematic work through Uk & Puk and language stimulation through Logo3000. The deployment of pedagogical policy staff is properly arranged, including sufficient coaching for all childcare professionals. The domestic violence reporting code and the duty to report, consult, and file have also been well implemented. This is an improvement compared to January 2025, when there was a violation regarding the deployment of pedagogical policy staff that was resolved after a recovery offer.
