Kinderdagverblijf De Pionier is located directly opposite De Pionier primary school at Zeislaan 2 in Oosterhout, in the Vrachelen district. We provide daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years in four bright, attractively furnished groups. Each day starts with our Music Quarter, combining music, movement and fun. Children also receive weekly yoga lessons. Children who are nearly 4 years old can join the gym class in the primary school's sports hall. In addition to the group rooms, we have a spacious hall for joint activities and a cozy living room where pedagogical staff guide games, offer creative activities or read stories. Summary
Daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) De Pionier in Oosterhout, part of Stichting Delta-Onderwijs, was subject to an unannounced follow-up investigation by GGD West-Brabant on 1 July 2026. This investigation followed an annual inspection on 7 May 2026 during which violations were identified in the area of safety and health policy. The location provides care for a maximum of 16 children aged 2.5 to 4 years with preschool education. During the follow-up investigation, it was found that the location has remedied the identified violations. The gates and fences are now properly closed, a caretaker has been appointed, and working with open fire has been stopped immediately. The location once again meets the legal requirements.
