GGD Hollands Noorden conducted an unannounced post-registration investigation on 5 February 2026 at after-school care (BSO) Next Level in Hoorn, part of Stichting Kinderopvang West-Friesland (SCIO-groep). The location provides care for 26 children aged 9 to 13 years at Tabor College d'Ampte. Overall, the location performs well in meeting legal requirements. One violation was identified in the area of information: the most recent inspection report from October 2025 had not been published on the website. Following a recovery offer with a 5-working-day deadline, the location has since done so. All other investigated areas (administration, pedagogical climate, personnel and groups, safety and health, accommodation, and complaints handling) met the requirements. The pedagogical practice showed strengths in aligning with the developmental stage of children aged 8+ and offering a recognizable program.
