GGD Haaglanden conducted an unannounced desk-based investigation on 30 September 2025 into daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) 2Onder Elkaar in Den Haag. The investigation was prompted by a request to expand registration from 39 to 40 childcare places. All examined aspects – change procedure, staff qualifications, Certificates of Good Conduct (VOG) and linkages in the Persons Register, group composition and space standards (indoor 3.5 m² and outdoor 3 m² per child) – comply with statutory requirements. The three core groups have separate rooms and sufficient sleeping and play space; the outdoor area (135 m²) is large enough for 40 children. No violations or areas for improvement were identified.
