The Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted an unannounced post-registration inspection on 12 May 2026 at after-school care (BSO) Muzieksleutel in Tilburg, part of Kinderstad Kinderopvang B.V. The location provides care for 22 children aged 4 to 13 years at the multifunctional facility De Symfonie. Almost all quality requirements were approved directly: administration, pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, and accommodation. Only regarding parental rights was there a violation: the most recent inspection report was missing from the website. The holder resolved this immediately following a recovery offer.
