Summary

This is the first annual inspection report for the childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) of Adriana Willemina van Mourik at Bentinckshof 16 in Meteren. The unannounced inspection took place on 7 October 2025. The childminder provides daycare and after-school care (BSO) for a maximum of six children through childminder agency Christelijk Gastouderbureau Parelopvang. The inspection assessed all areas: registration, pedagogical climate, requirements for the childminder, accommodation, and safety. The conclusion is that the childminder and facility meet the legal requirements, following an earlier recovery offer. No violations were found. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises no enforcement action.
