Mijn Blokje Baarsjes 1 at Baarsjesweg 311 H, Amsterdam provides daycare for children aged 0 to 4. The centre uses horizontal grouping: two baby groups (up to about 1 year, 9 places), one toddler group (1-2 years, 10 places) and one pre-school group (2-4 years, 14 places). GGD (Municipal Health Service) inspection on 20 November 2025 at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Mijn Blokje Baarsjes I B.V. (40 places) in Amsterdam. The follow-up investigation focused on compliance with the order for periodic penalty payments (last onder dwangsom) of 29 January 2025 due to an earlier violation regarding the deployment of fixed faces (vaste gezichten). Analysis of attendance lists and schedules from 27 October 2025 to 20 November 2025 shows that all children from 1 year old see a maximum of 3 fixed faces (vaste gezichten) and babies a maximum of 2; at least one of these fixed faces (vaste gezichten) is present daily in the core group (stamgroep). No new violations have been identified. The pedagogical policy (pedagogisch beleid) has been amended and now complies with the law. Note: on Fridays, the regular staff members of baby group Blue and toddler group Red work in each other's groups; this may pose future risks to the continuity of fixed faces (vaste gezichten). The inspector advises that the report be sent to the municipal executive (college van B&W) for information purposes.
